 * I can’t freeken log into my site after I added your site security plug in. The
   lon in window tell me to check my email for a code. But the email I receive from
   you has no codes. I have already started a ticket and have no response from you!!!.
   I am frustrated because I cannot log into my WordPress site and there seems that
   there is no way for me to deactivate the damn plug in and I am getting no response
   from you.
 * FYI here is the email I get from you when I log in… just tell me where is the
   damn code I need to use to login. Please terminate my Security plug in immediately
   and notify me..here it is copied.

 * Hello, [@discorus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/discorus/).
 * The letters with your auth codes are being sent by your website to your e-mail.
   Please, check your webserver.
 * Do the following to delete the plugin:
    1. Log in to your Hosting Account. 2.
   Locate the folder of your website. 3. Delete the security plugin folder “security-
   malware-firewall” here: <WordPress-root-folder>/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-
   firewall
 * Did it help?
