Site Reviews are not getting categorized as Woocommerce Reviews

    hello,
    Thanks for great plugin,
    i’m facing an issue i’m not sure if it’s a bug or not but Site Reviews are not getting categorized as WooCommerce Reviews.
    for example i was testing another plugin named ReviewX and reviews that are submitted using that plugin are showing inside WooCommerce iOS App as WooCommerce Review but reviews that are submitting by SiteReview plugin are not showing inside WooCommerce iOS App under Reviews section.

    is there any way we can have the reviews in WooCommerce iOS App ?

    Woocommerce uses the built-in WordPress “Comment” post type for reviews. Site Reviews uses its own custom post type for reviews.

    Are you using the Woocommerce Reviews add-on?

    That addon integrates Woocommerce with Site Reviews and overrides the Woocommerce API review routes. This should theoretically show the Reviews in the Woocommerce app as I assume the app uses the Woocommerce API.

    you are right, the problem was that i had temporarily disabled the addon, now it works great with WC API and iOS App.
    one other thing is that when i active the WC addon, “WooCommerce Recent Reviews” screen element on wp-admin main dashboard page is being disappeared i guess.
    is that because of the addon or am i doing something wrong again ? 😀

    The Woocommerce Dashboard review widget is removed since it is used to display the
    Woocommerce comment reviews.

    I may add it back in a later version of the addon to show recent product reviews from site reviews.

    The Woocommerce sidebar widgets are still there however and work with your Site Reviews product reviews.

    yup, i noticed that, i was looking forward to have a widget like woocommerce to show recent reviews on wp admin dashboard.
    i hope we see it in your next awesome update man 😉
