Site redirects in google search…

  • More recently I found a problem with one of the websites I managed, so I did a ‘Redleg’ file viewer check and it returned;

    Header returned by request for: http://asmasempire.com

    HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily
    Date: Thu, 16 Jan 2014 12:34:59 GMT
    Server: Apache/2.2.25 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.25 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4
    X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.27
    Location: http://www.uggdealsonline.com/
    Note: This line has redirected the request to http://www.uggdealsonline.com/
    Content-Length: 0
    Connection: close
    Content-Type: text/html

    How can i get rid of this redirect on the WP website?

    Thanks for your attention,

    David Maas.

  • Log into your web hosting control panel. There is usually a redirect tool. Does this entry show up in there? Does anyone else have access to your WP install? Does anyone else have access to your hosting control panel?

    Thanks for your prompt reply…I went into my web hosting control panel and asmasempire is available to redirect…no-one else has access to my hosting control panel…will me selecting wild card redirect clear up this problem I have?

    Thank you,

    David Maas.
