Hi there,
I would be happy to help figure out why this happened.
Would it be possible to get back to me with the blocking message you had received?
If you no longer see it, you can check the Live Traffic section of Wordfence, this will show you getting blocked.
Thanks,
Joshua
Thanks to both of you. Here is the message I received. I got this message with her login (2 different countries) and again when she set up a specific login for me (1 user, 1 country – US). It was the only thing I could get to show up on the site for like 2 days, so it wasn’t a temporary block. We finally had to disable WordFence so I could even get to her site. How to stop this happening again??

THANKS FOR MUCH FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN OFFER!
Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to me!
You will see our recommended settings for these options in the link below:
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/rate-limiting/
This may have been because rate limiting had been set too strictly.
I recommend loosening these rules up just a little but so this doesn’t happen again.
Thanks,
Joshua
Sorry, I got a little busy with the holiday. I am looking at the rate limiting options and I did have them set too strictly, so I have changed them. I also found my block info. Is there any useful info there? Sorry, it won’t let me attach the screenshot: Is there somewhere I can whitelist my IP?

Hi there,
Thanks for confirming.
If you have changed your rate-limiting settings then everything should be okay.
Please let me know if you experience any other issues!
Thanks,
Joshua
