Site not loading with certain ISPs – is the problem with WP or the host?

    My site is through WordPress but it’s hosted through an outside company. I can load it at one of my jobs that has fiber optic internet or through my phone on mobile data but I can’t load it at my other job with DSL or at my house with cable internet.

    I don’t if that would indicate a problem with some coding on our site or with the host company??? I don’t know where to start.

    Link to site? Not being able to reach a site from work can simply be the Firewall/Proxy server configuration the IT Department uses. One place I worked, people could only look at white-listed sites based on their job requirements.

    It’s http://www.artreachredwing.org. I’m reasonably sure it’s not a fire wall issue. The current host is Havaweb and I discovered that their own site (Havaweb.com) won’t load for me either. Given that, I’m pretty sure it’s their server and that i just answered my own question. We’re in the process of switching hosts so hopefully that will resolve it.
