SITE NOT LOADING AGAIN

    Hi- I posted about this 2 days ago, ended-up de-installing syndey and then re-installing it to fix the bug. This is not a sustainable solution and I would like to know what I can do to solve these two problems.

    1. I wanted my page to be centered, I read on a different forum to choose “full width” from the page menu drop down menu in WP. I did. NOW NOTHING ON SYDNEY WILL LOAD. Full page or otherwise.

    2. When I initially tried to install Sydney, my header wouldn’t show up even though it showed up on preview. It was just the default. THEN, NOTHING WOULD LOAD. Two grey circles were bouncing on one another. What’s the deal.

    I am especially concerned because this seems like a recurrent bug and I don’t know what the recourse is to solve it.

    Dear Madeleine,

    What will happen if you try to deactivate the all non-required plugins? If the issue remains, I thought it would be better if you move to our support forum instead. We would be more flexible providing assistance there. For some reason WordPress community support forum has several limitation.
