    Hi everyone,

My website works perfectly when I visit it on my desktop (http://deescape.com). However, when I try to visit it on a mobile, it automatically forwards to (mobile.deescape.com) and the message “Site Not Found” comes on. I tried contacting my hosting company, GoDaddy, and they told me that the mobile subdomain did not come from their side. They said that under this subdomain, they don’t know how the nameservers work (or something like that, I couldn’t really understand the rep). I asked where I could gain access to the mobile subdomain and he said that most likely, this is an issue with my website and not the hosting.

I don’t know where I would look in order to fix this. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I was able to resolve my own issue since GoDaddy wasn’t helping me. I’ll write out what I did for anyone that experiences it.

On GoDaddy, I went to my DNS Manager, and under mobile, I saw that it points to “gdh-mobile.dudamobile.com”. I decided to try changing the destination to @ (or back to the website) and it seemed to have worked for me!
