Site not displaying correctly in IE

My site is not displaying correctly in IE all version.
Ive tryed desactivating all plugins, but nothing works. moving to a fresh install would take me weeks of work, because of all customisations ive made. my site is: http://www.mundoauxilio.com.ar

as you can see in the link, all MS IE shots have missing content, tables, borders…
this happens in all IE 7, 8, 9, 10 and windows OS XP, 7, 8
