Site no longer working! Just a matter of missing files??

I took this site down for about a week using the following code:

But when I went back to put the site back online (by removing maintenance.php and .maintenance) the site appears to not be loading properly, as if it is missing files…

Any ideas? Is it possible to tell what is missing?
