    10/09/25 Situation was promptly answered and solved. The Founder actually responded which was very empressive. Thank you so much for everything.

    I paid for a batch of applications for $130 and than I was “timed out” and asked to repay again. Not very happy. And the downloads were not downloaded to my email or under my profile, no where. Not very good practice.

    Everything has been taken care of. I actually received an email from the owner that next morning stating a refund and an apology. Loved the prompt response!❤️ re-do 🌟🌟🌟🌟
