Site Navigation on only Home Page ?

First of all, a big UP for this plugin who cover most of the schema.org markup. I have question about the Site Navigation.

I have setup this markup for the main categories of my website, but the sitelink on the SERP don’t working. The sitelinks show only random pages. Is Site Navigation for all page or only Home Page. And why it don’t show in Google search. I have also the same problem with Organization markup while all the markup work perfectly in the google’s tool for testing schema.org.
