 * Hi Nicola
 * I use EA on our site, and all the settings and connections are made as they should.
   However we are renewing our site, and I would like to use EA at the new site
   also. Re-creating all the settings and connections at the new site is just too
   much work, not to mention putting all the existing appointments in the calendar
   manually.
 * What could you suggest, would be the best and easiest way to do the migration?
   Copying mysql tables isn’t new for me, I just wanted to to check if there are
   some issues I should consider. The version of EA on the old site is 1.8.3; and
   the newest one on the new site.

 * Hi Kaibijainen,
 * easiest way would be to find 1.8.3 version in download section of plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-appointments/developers/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-appointments/developers/)
   and install it on new site. From old site export all tables with `_ea_` in table
   name and override tables of 1.8.3 version. After that just update to latest version
   of plugin.
 * Best regards,
    Nikola

 * Hi Nikola,
 * thank you for your advice.
 * I tried that : first I installed the 1.8.3 version from zip file. However, for
   some reason, it still installed as the newest one. I deleted the easy appointments
   folder, and uploaded the 1.8.3 folder instead. Now it was 1.8.3.
    Then I imported
   all the ea_tables. And the upgraded the plugin using wp-admin. It went well.
   BUT. In the EA settings of wp admin the Customize tab shows nothing. admin.php?
   page=easy_app_settings#custumize/
 * Just empty page…

 * Hi Kaibijainen,
 * some settings are missing in ea_options table. Update to latest version of plugin
   after that you should see that page.
 * Best regards,
    Nikola

 * Hi Kaibijainen,
    I had the same issue and the problem was in DB.
 * this is the forum:
    [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/last-tab-customize-empty/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/last-tab-customize-empty/)
 * in short:
    check table wp_ea_options for line 28, default.status|pending if this
   option is missing, just add and try. But for new instalation it should be fine.

 * Thank you, [@mdetko](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mdetko/). Actually I
   had to add more than that. I also didn’t have pre.reservation and send.worker.
   email -rows in that table. But now I do and everything seems to work 🙂
    Thank
   you for the clue!
