Site menu is showing up in maintenance mode ruining everything

    Hello,

    I can’t turn on maintenance mode because on the LHS the site menu is showing up, in quite an ugly way.

    Plus, if people click on the links, then they just enter the site.

    So maintenance mode is not working.

    Thank you for your help with this.

    Hi, sorry to hear you’re having problems.

    1) please double check you have the latest version
    2) at the moment, is maintenance enabled on the site or not?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for the fast reply!

    I had it on, but it turned out that I was not able to preview pages in maintenance mode. So I had to turn it off.

    Is there a way to have it on AND be able to preview pages that are being worked on?

    Logged in administrator should see the normal site, not the maintenance mode (except for when previewing).

    Do you have any other plugins installed with similar functionality?

    Hello,

    I really appreciate your fast replies.

    Sadly, when the maintenance was turned on, it prevented me from previewing the site.

    However, we got the website all updated and hopefully with next general updates to wordpress and this plugin, everything this will resolve itself.
