Site Lockout 403

    I downloaded ithemes and went through the installing tab on my site. After installing I received this error message immediately:

    “You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    I have tried to rename the file and delete the file in cpanel, but I cannot do anything on the site from any ip address. I can’t even view the site at all.

    I didn’t do anything different than I normally do, except install this plugin.
