    It seems some times when a few people get blocked the whole admin ULR becomes not accessible by anyone… The only way we can get back in is to rename the plugin directory to disable the plugin.

    Not “whole admin becomes not accessible”, but nobody is able to log in. If that happens, it means the Citadel mode is active. It activates every time the number of failed login attempts has reached a threshold set in the main settings.

    You can find this type of events in the Activity log by using the dropdown filter.
