Site loading issue with “file.myfontastic.com”

Hi, suddenly my site takes a minute to load. and while its loading i get a message at the far left corner of the Firefox browser saying “connecting to file.myfontastic.com…” I’m assuming whatever fontastic is is the cause of the slow load. I really don’t know much about websites so i require a very easy explanation and course of action that anyone could achieve. everything is up to date on my site apparently. thank you so much for your help.
