 * After update of ithemes security plugin my site sometimes doesnt load but but
   loads when resubmitted. ca anyone tell me how to fix this? or is there going 
   to be the next update to fix that bug? thank you!

 * Have you tried to re-save the plugin settings, permalinks and any cache settings
   you may have?
 * Also, double check that banned hosts don’t include your IP and that your IP is
   whitelisted.
 * If none of these work, post more details about other plugins, caching, server
   details and other things that can help troubleshoot. Also, look at your error_log
   files in the root folder, in wp-admin and in the theme folder.

    the problem does not happen always, but sometimes,but loads when
   resubmitted, and not only to me but also to other people.

   256M PHP Max Upload Size: 30M PHP Max Post Size: 30M PHP Safe Mode: Off PHP Allow
   URL fopen: Off PHP Allow URL Include: Off PHP Display Errors: Off PHP Display
   Startup Errors: Off PHP Expose PHP: On PHP Register Globals: Off PHP Max Script
   Execution Time: 30 Seconds PHP Magic Quotes GPC: On PHP open_basedir: On PHP 
   XML Support: Yes PHP IPTC Support: Yes PHP Exif Support: Yes ( V1.4 ) Disabled
   PHP Functions: (none)
 * The following plugins are active:
    – Contact form 7 – Google xml maps – themes
   security – juiz last tweet widget – print friendly and PDF – wordpress zero spam–
   wp page navi
 * log files appear to be no serious problems.
    What do I mean when you write: Have
   you tried to re-save the plugin settings, permalinks and any cache settings you
   may have?

 * Just go into the plugin settings page and click “save”. Same with permalinks.
   This sometimes helps.
 * Who’s hosting this site? Someone’s just asked me to help with a site on GoDaddy
   that’s giving server errors.
 * If you deactivate the plugin and remove its rules from .htaccess, does the problem
   go away?
 * Sometimes, one-click updates don’t complete successfully, but they SEEM to. Try
   downloading the plugin, deleting it from the server, uploading the files again
   and activating it. This will ensure that everything is uploaded to the server.
