Hi @piembsystech. Hopefully we can assist, but we may need more information. What is the exact error message you are encountering, if possible can you share any console error messages that appear?
Hi,
Actually, before some time this plugin get updated and asked for reconnecting again because of something new update and this message coming in my dashboard panel on the top as “We’ve made a lot of improvements to get Site Kit ready for general release! In order to use this new version, you’ll need to go through the updated setup flow to re-generate your credentials. Once you’re done, all your data will still be there.“. But after doing this also it is coming now continuously as I have tried so many times.
Best regards,
Prakash
@piembsystech Can you please attempt the steps below in order to get Site Kit connected:
1. Deactivate and delete Site Kit from your WordPress plugins tab
2. Temporarily deactivate any caching plugins you might have active, along with plugins with known compatibility issues
3. Install Site Kit from the WordPress repository in a new incognito window
There may also be some security plugins or hosting software impacting your setup. But please attempt the above first. If that fails please share the following:
– Your current web host provider
– Your Site Health information
@piembsystech Did you have any luck in getting Site Kit connected? If not please update to the latest version before checking again
Hi James,
Thank you so much for your support.
I have followed your above steps and now it is working fine.
@piembsystech Great news, thanks for the update. Do you know at what step it was or which plugin you temporarily deactivated that fixed the issue?
And if you are enjoying the plugin please leave a review.
