# Site kit problem

 * Your site may not be ready for Site Kit
    Looks like your site is having a technical
   issue with requesting data from Google services. To get more help, ask a question
   on our support forum and include the text of the original error message: google_api_connection_fail
 * Here is what I get from site kit after I install, have no idea to deal with it,
   please help me.

 * Sorry to hear you’ve been encountering trouble setting up Site Kit. As there 
   can be a number of reasons why you may be encountering this please share the 
   following information:
    1. Your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can use
       [this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.
    2. Have you been able to setup Site Kit on this site previously, or on any other
       sites with the same hosting provider?
