    Hi there,

    If you can’t see the “Add New” menu item under “Plugins” it could mean that you don’t have the necessary permissions to do so, for example because your site administrator or hosting provider has disabled this functionality. I suggest you to reach out to your hosting provider accordingly.

    If you could post a screenshot of what you currently can see in WordPress admin, we might be able to further assist you.

    Otherwise I’d recommend asking in the general troubleshooting support forums as it’s not an issue specific to the Site Kit plugin.
