Site just hanging in admin after latest update

Hello….since the last update I cannot post any new content. The post just hangs and hangs and keeps saying saving and everything is greyed out.

Edit: Just want to add that I have the PRO version, deactivated that to see if it was causing the problem, but it wasn’t until I deactivate the base version that I was able to get the post saved and get the greyed out bits back.
