    Hello, When I try to download this plugin, i get error and Site broke.
    I think that this plugin overlap to another plugin but i can’t find. I am not using any review plugin.

    Can you please confirm us when you have downloading our plugin all files are downloaded correctly?

    We have checked it with latest version of woo-commerce and wordpress it’s working perfectly.

    Can you please provide us your wordpress and woo-commerce version and also check PHP curl are installed correctly in your server?

    We have checked your website it’s working now.

    Ok after updating woo-commerce now our plugin working perfectly on your website?

    I am going to mark that ticket as resolved if you have any further issue you can create new ticket.

    unfortunately not working after updating woocommerce to latest version.
    I am sure, plugin all files are downloaded correctly. Also PHP curl are installed correctly.
    Site is working normally but when I download and activated plugin, after that site has broken. I use revo wordpress theme, What do you think, it happen maybe overlap with anything?

    For checking why you are getting 500 error. Can you please enable the WordPress debug log before activating our plugin.

    After enable debug log in WordPress activate our plugin and hit your website URL then Check debug.log file which generated inside wp-content folder. There you will found the reason of 500 error.

    Please provide us the screen shot of the Error or share the debug log file URL.

    For enabling debug log in WordPress you will need to open the wp-config.php and insert below code in place of “define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);” :-

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);
    @ini_set('display_errors', E_ALL);

    Done. I saw error in log, problem solved after deleted this plugin “uCare – Support Ticket System & HelpDesk”
