Site is running can't get into any admin functions once logged in

Hi All

Things were working fine all day then tried to hit the JetPack selection under the dashboard and it gave me a server 500 message. This then spread to every function, did a database repair andall is fine. Currently I’m backing up the database and directories, I was thinking of just upgrading to the newest version to see if this fixes the problem. It is on a Virtual Private Server and everything seems to check out.

I can log in but then it reports the error.

Any help would be appreciated.
