Site is not found even with WPTouch | WordPress.org

I am unsure whether WPTouch has been correctly installed or something else has not been installed- the website is “not found” on mobile devices even with the plugin activated.
Help please-

Your site is redirecting to this subdomain – http://mobile.centeurimports.com . I don’t believe that’s part of the WP-Touch plugin.

Is it possible to show me a screenshot of your Core Settings (i.e. https://www.dropbox.com/s/hm9dxvxu9k60pzc/Screenshot%202015-07-27%2021.21.11.png?dl=0 ) ?

Everything has been left at the defaults on the Core Settings, so if being redirected to a subdomain, should I set the landing page to a custom url? Or if not part of the plugin, is this due to a setting from WP?
