    Hello All,

    I am using free version of ithemes Security plugin, in recent days i found some UNKNOWN Site is using my mail address to receive notification. So i guess it is added as admin user and also he would have chosen all his admin user to notify the mail.

    I need to remove the mail configuration from the UNKNOWN site to stop receiving mail.

    Hope is there any way to remove or give request to ithemes security for removal of mail from UNKNOWN site.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent this from happening. My best suggestion would be to reach out to the site owner for the emails you are receiving and ask them to remove your email from their list.

    Hi Jan Dembowski’s,

    I am the concerned person receiving mail from UNKNOWN site. Then why can’t i report this to Plugin: iThemes Security to get the needful help ??.

    My idea is simple, not to notify from unknown site.
