the progress indicator in your plugin did not run just a spin ball. So shouldn’t it gracefully stop.

    Hi @blogking2,

The plugin doesn’t delete any files or move anything, it only looks at your files. If there’s no progress in a minute then the scan has halted and it’s no longer running. The scan times out after 60 seconds then picks back up on the cron.

Is there anything in the PHP/Apache error log? This should give a hint to what the issue is.

looks like failing to connect to sql server. I wrote to hosting support to look into.

Still why would your plugin not show up in plugin folder when I ftp. Did it erase itself?

    Hi @blogking2,

The plugin does support WP 4.7 and I haven’t had any other reports of issues. Did your hosting provider tell you what was wrong?

I’m honestly not sure about that. The plugin doesn’t have any logic to delete files so this one perplexes me.
