Site is blank – can't log in either.

    – Blank white page is a PHP error. Reasons you’d get that error are: 1) Bad theme 2) Bad plugin 3) Bad install/upgrade (4) you exhausted the memory limit (5) It could also mean that there is an issue with your web hosting server. Since the problem can be caused by any number of things. 1 and 2 are common. Please have a read of this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#The_White_Screen_of_Death

    Thanks for the link.
    I had done searches, but didn’t know it was referred to as the white screen of death until your post.
    I tried those fixes, but nothing is working. The site still has the white screen and I can’t log in to the wp-admin page for it (also white screen).
    I did have a recent backup, so I’m starting an entirely new blog and importing the backup. It isn’t great in the short term, but it might be for the best in the long term.
