    Received email, see below. The organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit and is most definitely not commercial. See the statement on the Home page and also About page. Please do not disable any Jetpack features on August 7th. Thank you.

    Hello there – it appears you are collecting donations on the website so we consider the site as commercial as per the terms we have listed here.

    Free stats plans are for truly personal sites only; asking commercial sites to pay is the only way we can keep this feature available to people who run hobby blogs and similar.

    That’s ridiculous. 501(c)3 status is most definitely non-profit, not commercial. Of course they receive donations, that’s how many non-profits survive.
