  • welcome @snorkrat πŸ™‚

    how exactly do you want to center the site identity?
    relative to what exactly do you want to center it?
    should it still be on the left but title and tagline centered relatively to each other or do you want to center both within the space on the left side of the menu?

    Hi @raqai πŸ™‚

    Centred relative to the page width. I have the menu hidden as it is just a single page site. But would like the title and tag line to be in the centre of the page.

    Thanks for the help!

    could you provide a public link to the page you are referring to? this always helps because I do not know what you have changed already πŸ™‚

    It’s actually a local site for internal use. But the only custom css I have implemented is:

    .menu-modal,
    .header-navigation-wrapper,
    .nav-toggle {
        display: none !important;
    }

    .footer-credits .powered-by-wordpress {
    	display: none;
    }

    maybe this helps:

    move title to the center

    #site-header .header-inner {
        justify-content: center;
    }

    move subtitle below actual page title and center both titles

    #site-header .header-titles {
        flex-direction: column;
        align-items: center;
    }

    remove margins of corresponding elements, otherwise this might end up not being perfectly centered

    #site-header .header-titles-wrapper, #site-header .header-titles>* {
        margin-left:0;
        margin-right:0;
    }

    there seems to be something off with the title alignment since the titles are shifted a bit to the left but I do not have the time atm to look into it. Will probably check back later πŸ™‚

    to fix the shift mentioned above, add margin:0 to the .header-titles selector.

    #site-header .header-titles {
        flex-direction: column;
        align-items: center;
        margin: 0;
    }

    I hate negative margins… dno why ppl are still using them for simple elements.
