Site Health Updating issue
-
Hello,
I had 6 items to fix that Site Health pointed out.
I have fixed all of them yesterday, but today, Site Health is still saying on my dashboard that I still have those 6 items to fix. When I click on Site Health Screen, there are no issues showing.
Is there any problem with the plugin?
Why is it not updating?Thanks!

Hello @lennydog
Are you using a plugin to check your site health, or are you talking about the site health located in your tools? If it’s a plugin I’d try updating it if it’s not up to date or deleting it and reinstalling and seeing if that helps.
Hi Yobani,
I’m actually talking about Site Health located in Tools.
It’s been now 24 hours it’s displaying : Results are still loading…
Looks like it does not really work? Thanks
I’m seeing the same original list even after changes, just like lennydog. In my case, updating php.
Site health says running 7.1 and imagick disabled/uninstalled. running phpinfo says 7.3 and imagick enabled. When/What action causes ‘Site Health’ tool to rerun collecting data?Hi vccwebadmin.
FYI : It took almost a full week to get updated on my site.
I think this “Site Health” thing definitely needs some improvement.Still having that same issue too. Dashboard widget for site health keeps saying there are problems, but when you click on it and it goes to site health, everything is fine.
Still an issue. This shows on dashboard:
Should be improved
Your site’s health is looking good, but there are still some things you can do to improve its performance and security.
Take a look at the 7 items on the Site Health screen. But this shows if you open Site Health:
1 critical issue
2 recommended improvementsLast time I checked 1+2=3, not 7
Can u fix this issue?

If you recently updated the php release you are running, but not the WooCommerce plugin then you probably have a release level mismatch between the two. If that is the case, your options would be to fall back to php V7.1 or update WooCommerce (probably the better choice). WordPress recommends their latest releases be run with php V 7.4.
On the original question: I still see a mismatch between the issue summary from Site Health and the line item count when I drill down for details. The line items seem to get updated correctly, but not the summary count.
