Trying to tie up some long-hanging loose ends in a WP installation now almost 13 years old. Site Health detected two problems: 20 inactive themes and the above message re: site syncing. Got rid of the inactive themes, but after numerous attempts to force a sync I’m still getting that problem.

From other questions on the forum, I gather I need to request a full sync from your end. Thanks for any help — and of course let me know if any questions. Thanks!

    Hi @fljerseyboy

Thanks for reaching out here. Checking the Jetpack connection for your site there don’t appear to be any issues showing from our end, and sync appears to be healthy.

One possibility is that there may be some caching on your site which is why you are still seeing a sync error. It looks like you may have WP Super Cache installed and active on your site so I’d recommend clearing the cache following that plugins settings.

I’ve also begun a new full sync from our end as well just incase.

If you still see any the sync error message after this do let us know.

Thank you Karen — whatever you did to nudge the sync seemed to have worked (or maybe the cache had just auto-cleared by the time I checked it). In any case, all’s well now. Thanks so much for your help… I wasn’t terribly worried exactly, but I didn’t want to take any chances!
