Site Health Issue.

    Hello,
    I am facing one site health issue due to WP-Live Chat by 3CX.

    I have active and deactivate this plugin and checked.
    When I active that time I got this error “Your site could not complete loopback request”

    Can you please check and update me ASAP?

    Details:
    Wordpress Version: 5.2.4
    Theme and Version: Salient – 11.0.1
    Plugin and Version: 8.1.3
