Which exact errors are showing up when the cache is enabled?

Does flushing the cache resolve the issue?

Are both sites using the same Redis instance?

Flushing cache not resolved the issue.
Both sites are using same redis instance. But healthcarentsickcare.com is woocommerce site build on astra theme with elementor page builder.
