  • After installing the plugin on our 2 sites,
    we have found the ‘site health tool’ issue on which is a woocommerce site. Check the screenshot
    When we disable it, then the error not showing.
    We also ensured on both of the websites, that the object-cache.php file is copied to the wp-content directory.

    Please help us to resolve it.

    Which exact errors are showing up when the cache is enabled?

    Does flushing the cache resolve the issue?

    Are both sites using the same Redis instance?

    Flushing cache not resolved the issue.
    Both sites are using same redis instance. But is woocommerce site build on astra theme with elementor page builder.

    Can you post the diagnostics for each site please?

    Its resolved now after restarting Redis at server end. I Will keep it checked for few more days and if errors repeat will reach back to you. Thank you
