 * my site showing the following error, I can’t open any site. It shows me the following
   error.
    Internal Server Error
 * “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
   to complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator at [webmaster@khaledsharif.co.uk](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-error-4/webmaster@khaledsharif.co.uk?output_format=md)
   to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
   just before this error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    
   Apache/2.4.4 (Unix) Server at [http://www.khaledsharif.co.uk](http://www.khaledsharif.co.uk)
   Port 80;”
 * I tried to contact with my hosting company but they saying the server is running
   gud. No problem at all. How can i get rid of this problem?
    can any1 help me 
   in this regard.

 * do you have access to error_log for your host? You have to check it to see whats
   happening
 * You can try to delete .htaccess from your wordpress installation folder and start
   with a stock one
 *     ```

       RewriteBase /
       RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
       RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
