Thanks for reaching out, hopefully we can determine the cause. Firstly if you want to manually deactivate the Site Kit plugin without being able to access your administrator dashboard you can do so by renaming or removing the Site Kit plugin directory, using your hosting control panels “File Manager” or by “FTP”. To do so you’ll need to navigate to wp-content/plugins/, then rename the google-site-kit directory.

Rather than removing the plugin manually you may wish to talk to your hosting provider. From inspecting your site I think the error could be hosting related, with a 500 error encountered when visited. This could be from a number of causes. It could be your hosting storage is full, there could be temporarily hosting downtime or a particular conflict.

Let me know after you talk with your hosting provider, or if you need assistance with manually deactivating the Site Kit plugin via FTP or your hosting file manager.

No problem! Let me know if you have any questions. I’ll keep this support topic open while you perform the checks with your hosting provider.
