• Our site was running great for a long time. The tech who installed and maintained it left and now it is crashed and I need some help getting it back up.

    I tried rebooting a number of times with no luck. When I try to run a ‘wp’ comand this it what I get then it just sites there until I CTRL-C to get out of it

    Any help on where to start getting it find would be great! Thanks for any help

  • Site down no access, SSH and Webmin still working

    That probably means there’s an issue with Apache or whatever web server software you’re running. If you’re sure your web server software is running…

    Check your server’s logs for any errors (PHP, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, etc).

    If these are beyond you, you probably want to contact your host or hire a sysadmin to take a look at the server itself — as there’s not much we can do here to help you without knowing what’s going on behind the scenes.
