# Site down after installing plugin

 * After activating the plugin the website works fine roughly for about 10 minutes.
   Then it goes down. Luckily, I was able to deactivate the plugin and it worked
   just fine without it. Did I set up the plugin in a wrong way?
    This is what I

   to purge the cache and check if it helps to fix the issue?

   to disable other plugins one by one keeping only WP-Optimize plugin active and
   check if it works?

 * [@irina1234](https://wordpress.org/support/users/irina1234/) This can happen 
   if you have an other plugin compressing the page content to GZIP. Known plugins
   with this setting are “Pagespeed Ninja” and “Far future expiry”, but there probably
   are others. Do you have any of those enabled?
