site down after include an IP in the blacklist

    After include an IP in the blacklist manager, the website goes down. The apache error log shows:
    “Options FollowSymLinks or SymLinksIfOwnerMatch is off which implies that RewriteRule directive is forbidden”

    Including the “Options FollowSymLinks” on the .htaccess solve the problem and site works again.. Before this, the site works with one IP blocked with any problem, but this IP was included using a old version of WP security plugin..
