    Hi @jennifermoher,

    We’d love to help, I’m sure we could sort this quickly! Could you provide a link to the site so we could see what errors are showing?

    Or could you let us know what errors you’re seeing?

    If there’s an issue accessing your site, you could try deleting the plugin from the /plugins/ folder, though you could normally get quicker access by simply renaming the /plugins/ folder (you can rename it something like ‘plugins-backup’).

    That’ll allow WordPress to bypass all plugins, at which point your site might load up just fine. Though if there’s an issue with low memory or server processes, that might be the problem, in which case it would be best contact your web host.
