 * I run 3 sites with the same serer. My c-panel says that I need to update my wordpress
   on myparentingcoach.com but it needs to be done manually. The site refers to 
   an index page when I try to load it. I cannot access it with wp-admin either.
 * Any ideas on how to get my site back up and running? My other two wp sites are
   fine.

 * There are no WordPress files located in that directory.
    The reference to “Index
   of /” that you see is actually the default page title that the web server itself
   uses to display the contents of a browsable directory. If WordPress was once 
   installed in that directory or a sub-directory therein, it has been removed.
