# Site does not load

 * My website, skindeepbeautyapothecary.com, is not loading. I cannot access the
   admin login page either. It is not a domain or hosting issue. I did not make 
   any changes that would have caused this. I have read in other threads that I 
   should (can?) use FTP to log in. I do not know what this is or how to do it. 
   Can someone please help me? I have not been able to get in touch with the company
   that set up my website for me, so I am a bit lost. Please help a beginner here!
   I really appreciate any help that you can provide.

 * If you wait long enough, you eventually get a 500 Internal Server Error.
 * You really need to be talking to your web hosting support folks, as they can 
   at least see what is going on to create the long pause before the error. At the
   same time, you can get the credentials that you need to use FTP from them.
