Site divided by 3

    I have following layout:

    I need to have 3 columns as you can see on the screenshot

    – left – simple text + image , which user can change
    – center – simple tekst and list of 3-4 files
    – right – contact form

    I’m confused should I use pages or widgets for this ? Could someone give me a clue how to start ?
