# Site display wrong after update

 * This was a neglected site that I am looking after for a client , the site had
   multiple updates required and had not been touched since 2018, The display on
   the home page is all wrong now and I cant seem to fix it , I have cleared the
   cache and refreshed permalinks

   deactivate auto-optimize or any other asset optimization plugin. This is mostly
   caused by a plugin which is aggressively trying to offload code.

   to safely deactivate plugins in troubleshoot mode without affecting normal visitors.
