  • Resolved Abigailm

    (@abigailm)

    Upgrade to version 1.8 causes this text to display at the top of the home page:

    id=’st_insights_js’>

    I assume this is a problem with the coding for the javascript with the new integration with facebook.

    Have disabled plugin for now.

    Hi Abigailm,

    We have a possible quick solution on our end for this issue!
    Our engineering team may believe that this error only occurs on an old version of PHP, could you email us with the domain and we’ll give you an updated plugin to try?

    Please feel free to email us at socialmediafeather@gmail.com

    I am also getting this error since i updated to 1.8

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘init’ of undefined

    Thank you — I have sent an email.

    Just so you know, my site has PHP Version : 5.6.23

    David,

    Can you please share your website with us so we can assess the error?

    Thank you!

    i think i discovered my problem. there seems to be a conflict with AG Custom Admin plugin. I have deactivated it an now i don’t see the problem. I can’t say for absolute certainty that was it because i just noticed that i wasn’t getting it anymore and related it to that plugin because that plugin was causing another conflict with buddypress.
