Issue with Lightspeed Cache Plugin Causing Homepage CSS Issues After Switching to Block Editor

I use the Lightspeed Cache plugin across all my websites. Since switching to the Block Editor, I’ve been experiencing consistent CSS issues on the frontend. Initially, purging the cache resolves the problem temporarily, but after a day or two, the homepage structure breaks again, it becomes completely jumbled. Interestingly, this often affects only the homepage, while other pages remain intact.

To troubleshoot, I tried disabling all options under the “CSS”, “JS”, and “HTML” sections in the Page Optimization settings. Unfortunately, this didn’t help. In fact, the issue has worsened after upgrading from version 6.x to 7.x of the Lightspeed Cache plugin.

I keep all sites updated regularly, but the issue is persistent. At this point, I’m managing over 50+ websites and have to manually visit each one every few days just to purge the cache, which is becoming very frustrating and time-consuming.

I’ve also tried enabling auto purge options, but that hasn’t resolved the issue either.

I would appreciate any help or guidance on how to fix this permanently.

Yes reset i tried, i unstalled and reinstalled and then the issue is same. it breaks the page after 1 or 2 days then i need to purge the site, then it works fine.

huh ? you mean it also breaks on the default setting ?

and also please provide the report number

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

Yes, so if nothing designed in a empty new site means nothing to break, but when i use the combination of spectra plugin to design pages and use lightspeed to cache, even the essential or basic preset option breaks the page after one or two days if we didn’t visit the admin backend and reset the purge.

    I might have an idea

please keep on default setting, then when it breaks again , check in browser dev tool , see if there is any broken request or error message

Sure, i did reset settings under toolbox > Import/Export > reset settings. I can see, object cache off ad other settings are changed, will leave the site for sometime and then i will update you.

In terms of broken error: see this image: https://ibb.co/0j8Ws9d2 this is old settings error before purging and resetting to default. currently in dev section i don’t have the previous error message showing & the page loading without breaking any blocks.

yeah , this screenshot confirmed my theory

this ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg plugin generetaes separated CSS files in /wp-content/uploads/ directory

I think it happens like UAG tries to regenerate the CSS files in uploads directory , but as page is cached , this process is interrupted , so end up these 404 error on css file

please check with UAG support, if they have option like embed the CSS into html source, instead of create a standalone CSS file , like Elementor has this option

Thank you. I will get in touch with their support team.

In their plugin they have a section which leads to css & JS file generation and cache related errors.

Done, i hope now the issues sorts.

(Earlier i used set inline in lightspeed css cache settings, & under spectra i ignored. )
