    I’ve updated the Icegram plugin from the plugins page in WordPress and got this message when trying to access my website:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘IG_Tracker_V_1_0_1’ not found in /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php:1248 Stack trace: #0 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php(43): Icegram->include_classes() #1 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php(1856): Icegram->__construct() #2 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): initialize_icegram(”) #3 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #4 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-includes/plugin.php(465): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-settings.php(394): do_action(‘plugins_loaded’) #6 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-config.php(168): require_once(‘/srv/bindings/2…’) #7 /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e1 in /srv/bindings/246c701ad8d54926b82c6cf2e13cc6af/code/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php on line 1248
    The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

    It appears the “IG_Tracker_V_1_0_1” library did not update or upload.

    How do I fix this?

  • Same issue here.

    I restored a backup from before the update, and everything is working well now, so, I can continue using the plugin just being careful to not apply the latest update again.

    check your email Inbox to see if you received an email from wp starting like below. It has a link for temporary access to admin to go in and deactivate …

    Howdy!

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Icegram – Popups, Optins, CTAs & lot more….

    @lukewarm2019 go directly into the filesystem of your website through your hosting provider and go to public_html/wp-content/plugins. Then rename the icegram folder to something else just to get your website and admin portal working.

    Seems like people are having luck deleting that folder and installing an older version of icegram, but for now I’m just leaving it disabled.

    After much time and sweat, I finally was able to reinstall version 1.10.27 and get it working without loosing any campaigns.

    Looking forward to the new release.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you had.

    We have just released 1.10.28.1 which should fix this issue.

    Kindly, upgrade and check once again.

    1.10.28.1 still produces an error for me.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'IG_Tracker_V_1_0_1' not found in <path-to-site>/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php on line 1251

    The new fix in 28.1 still has bugs. Admin launches, but not the website. I switched back to to 1.10.27 again.

    Yep, that’s what I’m seeing too (admin fixed, but not the public site).

    @mmirus Thanks for the confirmation.

    Yes, 1.10.28.2 seems to be working now. Thanks Icegram.

    Hi there,

    My site just crashes when updating Icegram plugin!

    I’ve updated the Icegram plugin from the plugins page in WordPress and now, when I try to access my website, I have a white page with this message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/content/29/8277429/html/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php on line 1271
    And I can’t access to my dash board.

    How do I fix this?
