Site crashes each time I update OceanWP

    Hello,
    The last three versions of the OCEAN WP update have totally crashed my website and my son’s site as well. He is with OVH and I am with IONOS. We did all we could but had to entirely reinstall manually the website. I now fear to update Ocean WP and continue on version 2.03 installed after last crash. My son updated with 2.04 and had his site totally erased… so I did not update mine.
    How come this happens ?
    I see it has happened to others as well.

    Hello,

    Very sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue.
    Can you please share the generated debug log to find the causes of the issue?

    You can also update it on your staging/test site and check if it is working of facing the same issue.

    In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?
