Site crashed after WP reset restore

    Went to restore a snapshot that I had previously restored but this time it crashed my site. I did a test a few minutes earlier to a snapshot created yesterday and it was fine and working, the snapshot created 2 weeks ago (which I had used before) did not work.

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems. Please be a bit more specific in what “crashed” means.

    An error message appeared right after saying there had been a critical error with the website and a clickable link to learn more about debugging

    You should have received an email from your site detailing what the error was. Please copy/paste that message. If you don’t want to show your site address redact any info in that text that might disclose it.
