Site crashed

    I was making updates to simple-job-board/includes/class-simple-job-board-notification.php, but when I updated the file I got this error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data01/63/2521563/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-job-board/includes/class-simple-job-board-notification.php on line 153.

    After being unable to find that error after some time, I replaced the changes with the original code. Updating the file with the original code still yields the same error message and now I can’t access any page or file on the site. Anything I try to do simply gives me the same error page.

    Please help!

    Hi parkeripc,

    Kindly keep backup of Simple Job Board plugin and then remove it from wp-content/plugins directory. Your site will start working again.

    You might have added the following things in plugin files while making changes. Kindly do check these things and fix these issues if exist.

    1. Remove PHP closing ?> tag from the end of the plugin’s files where you done changes.
    2. Removes extra spaces from files specially from start and end of files.
    3. Match your edited code with fresh download of simple job board.
