Site crash after attempted upgrade

Hi,

I just tried to upgrade to version .3 of the Easy Twitter Feed Widget Plugin on this site: http://www.hlrestaurant.com

I posted this same message on their support page a day ago, but no one has responded. I’m hoping someone here can please help.

The site won’t load at all now and when I try any link in my backend, I get these error messages:
